What started as a small family-owned business has grown into a leading provider in the industry, thanks to the trust and loyalty of our customers.
From TV Repair to Appliance Experts
Sharper Service Solutions wasn’t always the appliance repair powerhouse it is today. In fact, our roots began with TV and electronics repair.
Our History
In 1984, Jeff Manning founded Sharper Images TV & Electronics (later renamed Sharper Video). As technology evolved, so did we. We expanded from TV repair into appliance services, making the decision to focus on what families need most in their homes. Jeff’s commitment to quality never wavered as he brought his wife, Linda, and sons, Paul, David, and Nick, into the business.
In 2018, Jeff and Linda passed the leadership to Paul and David, who have since continued the family tradition of excellent service and community care. Though we’ve grown, Sharper Service Solutions has remained a family-run business with a close-knit feel that our customers have come to know and love.
Today’s Services and Our Vision for the Future
Currently, Sharper Service Solutions provides a wide range of appliance repair services for both residential customers, as well as appliance dealers and distributors. Our team of expert technicians is equipped to handle everything from refrigerator repairs to washing machine fixes, with a focus on delivering top-notch, in-home service. No matter the size of the job, we ensure every customer is treated like family.
Looking ahead, we plan to continue growing our service areas, improving our technology, and training new generations of technicians to uphold the same high standards. Our goal remains to offer the best local appliance repair service for many decades to come!
