We have used Sharper Service Solutions numerous times for problems with our washer. Each and every time it has been a very good experience. A broken washer can be very stressful but that is greatly diminished if you have a reliable, reasonable and professional service company to call. Brian Manning has been our tech in each crisis and has been a Godsend. He not only is punctual and professional, but he’s all about customer satisfaction. It was obvious he takes his job seriously and it goes beyond the desire to get the machine fixed…its about helping people. I would not hesitate to recommend SHARPER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.

The mechanic arrived when he said he would be. He thought the fan in our fridge was broken. He ordered the part and quoted $350. When he came back to install it he found out that a piece of styrofoam was blocking the fan. So he took the part back. After a phone call with their office they refunded us, we ended up only paying for 1 visit, which is reasonable. It would have been 5 stars if we didn’t have to call to get refunded.
